What do you repair?
We repair, refurb, and modify CLASSIC VINTAGE audio gear like RECEIVERS, SUBWOOFERS, SPEAKERS, TURNTABLES,
8 TACK, REEL TO REEL, CONSOLES, CASSETTE PLAYERS, BOOMBOXES, WALKMAN, etc
Our service specialties include all forms of PRO-AUDIO including DJ CONTROLLERS, MIXERS, LIGHT FIXTURES, FOG MACHINES, etc.
Also all forms of home electronics, such as TVs, VCRs, STEREOS, CD PLAYERS, DVD PLAYERS, CAMCORDERS, etc.
How much does it cost to repair my equipment?
We charge an hourly rate based on the type of product we are repairing, in addition to the cost of parts needed for the repair.
For expensive repairs, we may ask you for partial payment before ordering parts.
Our Bench fee is $180/Hour
What is a diagnostic charge?
So a diagnostic fee is simply the fee paid to understand the "why" behind an issue. Customers should know that figuring out why an issue is occurring takes far more time, training, and experience than simply seeing an issue's symptoms.
Is there a diagnostic charge to have my equipment looked at?
Yes, $69+tax paid up front as a diagnostic fee due when you drop your unit off. This covers the technician’s time to diagnose the problem and compile an estimate to repair it, it goes towards the cost of repairs and is non-refundable if the estimate is declined or if repairs are not completed due to unavailability of parts.
Do you provide a written estimate for insurance purposes?
Yes if your home has been hit by lightning, a power surge, or a moving company damaged your equipment We can provide a detailed evaluation of your damaged Audio and Video equipment Computer Accessories and peripherals along with many other electronic items. Insurance companies require a detailed written estimate. For multiple damaged units we can come to your home (within our service area), or you can drop off your equipment during our business hours,
How long will it take?
Repair time can vary based on our workload and availability of parts. We try our best to get equipment diagnosed within 3-5 weeks. We will then order parts if not in stock and will get the repair done as soon as the parts arrive from the manufacturer.
Can you rush the repairs of my equipment?
At the cost of one additional hour of labor, we will expedite the diagnostic and prepare the estimate within 1 day when possible. Repairs are completed within 1 day of receiving parts.
Do you offer a repair warranty?
We guarantee our parts & labor for 30 days after pickup.
My TV screen is cracked. What is the cost to fix that?
Unfortunately, it is more expensive to replace the screen/panel than it is for you to replace it with a new TV.
Can you provide a repair estimate based on the problem without looking at my equipment?
No, it could be any number of things causing the problem you are having. We have to physically check out the equipment to accurately diagnose the problem and provide you with an estimate to repair it.

Our business hours are Monday - Wednesday - Friday from 11 a.m to 6:00 p.m. We are closed on Tuesdays, Thursdays, weekends, and major holidays.
